Tenerife will host the Aviation-Event in June

Aviation-Event is the leading conference and networking platform for the aviation industry and one of the largest in the world.

Marcel Riwalsky, executive director of Aviation-Event and Katharina Vasilyeva, media manager of Aviation-Event met with the island’s president, Pedro Martín, the Councilor for Tourism of the Cabildo de Tenerife, Jose Gregorio Martín Plata, and the CEO of Turismo de Tenerife, David Pérez, and other representatives of the airports, the Canarian airline Binter and directors of the hotels in question.

Marcel Riwalsky was also interested in the new airline that will be created soon in the islands: „Air traffic is of great importance to revive tourism in Tenerife and with the rest of Europe,“ he has also expressed as an expert in airlines and airports.

For his part, the president of the Cabildo de Tenerife, Pedro Martín, assured that „it is a pride for this island to host such an important event, at such a crucial time for aviation and tourism.“ He added that „we are convinced that the Aviation-Event will place Tenerife in the center of all eyes just at the beginning of the summer season, in which we have all our hopes placed“.

In addition, there will be another previous meeting, in January 2021, with the members of the Aviation-Event supervisory board to finalize certain issues in detail. Managers of the most important aviation companies will come from all over Europe, as well as regional and national politicians and other interested guests.

Tenerife acogerá el Aviation-Event en junio

Aviation-Event es la plataforma que lidera en conferencias y networking para la industria aeronáutica y una de las más grandes en el mundo.

El Cabildo de Tenerife, a través de su empresa pública Turismo de Tenerife, valora la repercusión que tendrá el evento, cifrada en varios millones de personas, a través de los medios de comunicación y las redes sociales

El Aviation-Event, la plataforma líder en conferencia y networking para la industria aeronáutica y una de las más grandes del mundo, llegará a  Tenerife el próximo 11 de junio de 2021. El evento, con un alto nivel de actividad en redes sociales relacionadas, sobre todo, con la industria de la aviación, y medios de comunicación internacionales, tendrá como foco temático “Aviación y Turismo”, y tendrá lugar en el Resort Gran Meliá Palacio de Isora, situado en el municipio de Guía de Isora, lugar designado durante la visita del equipo del evento durante esta semana a la isla.

Desde el Aviation-Event y desde Turismo de Tenerife se pretende fomentar una clara imagen de la situación actual del turismo, el tráfico de los aeropuertos y el hotel seleccionado para la conferencia. Marcel Riwalsky, director ejecutivo de Aviation-Event y Katharina Vasilyeva, gerente de medios de Aviation-Event se reunieron con el presidente de la isla, Pedro Martín, el Consejero de Turismo del Cabildo de Tenerife, Jose Gregorio Martín Plata ,y el CEO de Turismo de Tenerife, David Pérez, y otros representantes de los aeropuertos, la aerolínea canaria Binter y directores de los hoteles en cuestión.

Riwalsky también se interesó por la nueva aerolínea que será creada próximamente en las islas: “El tráfico aéreo es de gran importancia para revivir el turismo en Tenerife y con el resto de Europa” ha expresado, además, como experto en aerolíneas y aeropuertos.

Por su parte, el presidente del Cabildo de Tenerife, Pedro Martín, ha asegurado que “es un orgullo para esta isla acoger un evento tan importante, en un momento tan crucial para la aviación y para el turismo”. Ha añadido que “estamos convencidos de que el Aviation-Event situará a Tenerife en el centro de todas las miradas justo al inicio de la temporada de verano, en la que tenemos puesta todas nuestras esperanzas”.

Además, habrá otra reunión previa, en enero de 2021, con los miembros del consejo de supervisión de Aviation-Event para ultimar ciertos temas detalladamente. Gerentes de las empresas más importantes de la aviación vendrán de toda Europa, además de políticos regionales y nacionales y otros invitados interesados.
